Guest Policy | BayShore Resort Hotel on Put In Bay

Deposits
A deposit of the first nights stay for each hotel room reserved is required when making reservations. Deposits may be made by either check or credit card. A credit card must be on file to guarantee reservations for our Put-In-Bay hotel and resort.

Cancellations
Cancellations from the date the hotel reservation is made up to 7 days prior to the arrival date are charged a $25 processing fee per hotel room or suite. Cancellations made the day of arrival or up to 6 prior to arrival will be charged the entire deposit amount per hotel room or suite. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.

Check-In/Check-Out
Check-in time to your hotel room is 3:00 P.M. the day of arrival and check-out is at 11:00 A.M. on the day of your departure. Our hotel rooms must be paid for in full at the time of check-in either by credit card or cash. No checks will be accepted at the time of check-in.

Damage to Rooms
Any damage and/or theft to any hotel room or suite will be charged to the registered guest's credit card unless other arrangements are made. Damage and/or theft will be billed at the applicable rate. Evidence of smoking in a non-smoking hotel room or suite will result in a $50 cleaning charge.

Pets
We are unable to accept pets at the BayShore Resort.

Miscellaneous
Alcohol and coolers are not permitted to be brought on premises by hotel guests. (O.R.C. SECTION 4301.620)
